5/9 at 9:59 p.m. Jay C. Johnson, 24, of Durham Road, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on a warrant charge for failure to appear for operating after suspension with prior convictions.

5/13 at 6:39 p.m. Stacey J. Tremblay, 46, of Lady Slipper Lane, was arrested by Officer Joseph Pelletier on Route 1 and South Freeport Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Beer o’clock

5/7 at 4:01 p.m. Friday afternoon, police were informed of juveniles who had beer in their possession. Police investigated the situation and found the juveniles, but they had no beer bottles with them.

Looked, but didn’t touch

5/10 at 8:54 a.m. Police were notified of a burglary of a business on Main Street. A ladder was found propped against the side of the building to gain access to the second floor, but nothing was reported missing. There was about $50 reported in damage to the building.
