Arrests

5/11 at 12:51 p.m. David A. Bolduc, 48, of Jeanette Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Allen Range Road by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of reckless conduct and obstructing government administration.

5/13 at 1:53 p.m. Alicia L. Lapaz, 28, of Spring Street, Lewiston, was arrested on northbound I-295 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Summonses

5/9 at 12:48 a.m. Kyle A. Lundgren, 18, of Shobe Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/11 at 3:08 p.m. A 16-year-old Freeport boy was issued a summons on Depot Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of assault.

5/12 at 11:56 p.m. Sergey Y. Filatov, 20, of Portland Road, Gray, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

After-hours fun

5/9 at 5:43 p.m. Police responding to a call about suspicious activity on Winslow Park Way advised some loiterers the park was not open and asked them to move along.

5/12 at 1:04 p.m. After a traffic safety complaint about a construction project on Flying Point Road, more flaggers were brought to the site.
