5/2 at 1:50 a.m. Cristino Jiminez, 40, of Prout Road, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street and Kendall Lane on charges of operating under the influence, aggravating operating after habitual offender and refusing to sign criminal summons.

4/30 at 7:39 p.m. A vehicle was reported traveling north in the southbound lane on I-295, but police were unable to locate the car.

White collar crime

5/1 at 8:31 p.m. Police reported a theft of neckties from a store on Durham and Bragdon roads. The items were valued at $80.

Left behind

5/3 at 9:04 a.m. Police were notified of items left behind at a hotel on Route 1. The visitor  called to report the missing items two weeks after the stay. Hotel employees did not locate any items.
