5/3 at 12:54 a.m. Michael J. Tapley, 30, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/6 at 12:53 p.m. Raymond Grover, 25, of Litchfield Road, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street on a warrant.

5/8 at 7:23 a.m. Ronald S. Smith, 50, of South Street, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on South Street on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence and criminal threatening.

Summonses

5/2 at 4:19 p.m. Patrick Edward Pinkham, 24, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/4 at 11:19 a.m. Jeffrey J. Maist, 27, of Stagecoach Road, was issued a summons by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street on charges of forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and misuse of identification.

5/4 at 10:53 a.m. A 14-year-old boy of Freeport was issued a summons on Holbrook Street by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of theft.

5/8 at 8 p.m. Keld Paul Juhl, 60, of Bragdon Road, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Bartlett on Route 136 on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/2 at 4:11 p.m. Concerned residents contacted police about an unknown truck near a school bus drop-off area. Police arrived, but the truck was gone.

5/3 at 7:17 a.m.  Police were notified that someone had parked on and had trespassed across their property. Police report a previous owner allowed clam diggers to use their land, but the new property owner will not. The man was able to finish his work and then was told he could not use the area to park or dig clams again.
