4/27 at 2:10 p.m. Glendon S. Small, 62, of Park Street, was arrested at his home by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of cultivating marijuana.

4/26 at 10:47 p.m. Kara M. Gwinn, 20, of Crossing Brook Road, Cumberland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of shoplifting and unlawfully possessing alcohol.
