3/23 at 5:49 p.m. Joshua Nowlin, 37, of Baird Street, South Portland, was arrested on Hunter and Desert roads by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/23 at 9:27 p.m. A. B. McCardell, 60, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on Depot Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of indecent conduct and failing to register or update information.
3/24 at 9:58 a.m. Jake Doughty, 23, of Wain Wright Circle, South Portland, was arrested on Depot and Grove streets by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
Summonses
3/21 at 9:53 a.m. Samuel L. Casale, 49, of Eliot Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of violation of protective order.
3/23 at 4:12 a.m. John Andrew Ruppert, 31, of Butler Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
