3/20 at 10:55 p.m. Patricia Day, 56, of Wardtown Road, was arrested at Griffin and Wardtown roads by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating under the influence, speeding 15 to 19 mph over the limit, and failing to maintain vehicle insurance.

3/21 a.m. at 3:50 a.m. Katherine Kelly, 27, of Elm Street, was issued a summons on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of driving to endanger.
