3/12 at 2:09 p.m. A 15-year-old Freeport boy was arrested at the high school by Officer Michael McManus on charges of sale and use of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and tobacco.

3/12 at 2:09 p.m. A 16-year-old Freeport boy was arrested at the high school by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of sale and use of paraphernalia.

3/17 at 12:32 p.m. A 17-year-old Freeport boy was arrested by Officer Michael McManus on Holbrook Street on charges of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.

Summonses

3/13 at 11:35 a.m. Joshua D. Bailey, 28, of Wardtown Road was summonsed on a charge of displaying fictitious vehicle certificate.

3/14 at 4:54 a.m. Devon Davis, 22, of North Yarmouth, was summonsed on charges of failing to give motor vehicle accident information and failing to make oral or written accident report.

Not so smart

3/15 at 5:26 p.m. A resident of the Lajoie area notified police of young boys walking in the neighborhood with an Airsoft pellet gun. The police spoke to the children’s parents and the gun was removed from the residence.
