Arrests

3/20 at 3:27 p.m. Amy B. Feeley, 29, of Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Paul Powers on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Summonses

3/14 at 10:15 p.m. Michael V. Paskell, 19, of Route 1 was issued a summons by Officer Brandon Paxton on Durham Road and Mallett Drive on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

3/17 at 1:24 a.m. A 14-year-old boy of Freeport was issued a summons by Sgt. John Perrino on Lower Mast Landing Road on charges of failing to stop for an officer, driving to endanger, operating a vehicle without a license and theft by unauthorized use of property. A 13-year old girl of Pownal was issued a summons on a charge of unauthorized use of property.

3/17 at 11:21 a.m. Max Walter G. Morris, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Joy ride ends in injury

3/17 at 1:24 a.m. Police noticed a car parked on Pownal Road in the early morning and pulled up to check on it. As the police car approached, the vehicle pulled away and drove off onto Pownal Road. Police turned on the lights and siren and followed the vehicle. A few miles down the road, the vehicle slid off the road on some ice. Police reportedly found a 14-year-old boy driving, with a 13-year-old girl passenger. The girl was reportedly hurt and was transported to the hospital. The next day the boy was issued summonses on charges of failing to stop for an officer, driving to endanger and operating a vehicle without a license. Both the children were issued summonses on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property.
