3/13 at 2:15 p.m. Alise M. Scorfina, 27, of St. Charles Avenue, St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and possession of a scheduled drug.

3/13 at 2:15 p.m. Joseph P. Swain, 39, of Water Street, Brunswick, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

3/15 at 12:59 a.m. Kenneth N. Grimsley, 48, of Tremain Street, Portland was arrested at Lower Main Street and Varney Road by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

3/15 at 12:59 a.m. Mary S. Goldsmith, 22, of Tremain Street, Portland was arrested by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge violating conditions of release.

3/17 at 10:01 p.m. Nancy E. Mocarski-Hartley, 52, of Sheepscot Road, Newcastle, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/18 at 2:43 a.m. Joel W. Lallier, 27, of Snakeroot Road, Pittsfield, was arrested on northbound I-295 on charges of operating under the influence and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit.
