2/22 at 9:14 a.m. Robert A. Urquhart, 22, of Chase Ct., was arrested by Officer Paul Powers on Mallett Drive and Main Street on a warrant from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office  on a charge of failure to report to court as scheduled.

2/22 at 2:17 p.m. John Paul Martell, 29, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Joseph L. Pelletier on Lower Main Street and Verney Road on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.

2/22 at 2:19 p.m. Theodore Thomes, 50, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Paul Powers on I-295 South, on charges of permit unlawful use and violating condition of release.

Summonses

2/20 at 1:33 a.m. Tyler James Ross, 27, of Durham, was summonsed on Durham Road and St. Louis Drive on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

2/20 at 1:23 p.m. Melissa A. Wiedmann, 39, of Bartol Island Road, on South Freeport Road and Pine Street on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

2/22 at 2:19 p.m. Brian M. Stern, 43, of Windham, was summonsed on I-295 South on a charge of displaying fictitious vehicle certificate.

Take a hint

2/20 at 10:50 a.m. Police responded to call from Lower main Street when an ex-employee caused problems at the place of business. When police arrived, the ex-employee was gone, but was later located and told to never return to the store.

Make way for ducklings

2/21 at 10:49 a.m. Police were notified that dogs were in a resident’s backyard off Route 1. The dogs were attacking ducks. Police arrived, but the dogs were gone.

There were 17 calls for emergency medical service between Feb. 19 and Feb. 24.
