3/12 at 11:56 a.m. Ryan Lee Caldwell, 29, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jason Bartlett on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception.


There were no summonses reported from March 7-13.

Wrong locker

3/7 at 1:43 p.m. A student contacted police to report stolen sneakers, but later discovered the sneakers were in a different locker. Police report no crime was committed.

Dismay over display

3/10 at 12:41 p.m. Police were notified that the Thos. Moser display case on the corner of West and Main streets was damaged. They report the glass was smashed causing nearly $1,000 in damage.

Not in my driveway

3/12 at 2:57 p.m. A resident of the Durham Road area contacted police to report an unwanted vehicle in the driveway. When police arrived, the car was gone and the driver was not located.

3/9 at 11:32 a.m. Fire alarm on Main Street.

3/9 at 11:56 a.m. Lines down on Bow Street.

3/9 at 12:04 p.m. Medical emergency on Old Country Road.

3/9 at 1:30 p.m. Fire alarm on Main Street.

3/9 at 5:53 p.m. Fire alarm on South Street.

3/12 at 11:03 p.m.  Water problem on Bow Street.
