3/6 at 9:44 a.m. Nicholas S. Miller, 27, of MacMillan Drive, Brunswick, was arrested on MacMillan Drive by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of aggravated assault.
3/6 at 9:51 p.m. A 17-year-old male was arrested at Route 1 and South Freeport Road by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of eluding an officer, driving to endanger, driving more than 30 mph over the speed limit and unsafe passing in a motor vehicle.
3/7 at 7:02 p.m. Dana Weatherbee, 23, of Bow Street, was arrested at Durham and Pownal roads by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
Summonses
3/8 at 7 p.m. Michael V. Paskell, 21, of Pleasant Street, Auburn, was arrested on Desert Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of violating of a protection order.
3/9 at 12:23 p.m. Charles Gagnon, 54, of Everett Road, Poland, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Jason Bartlett on a charge of possession of marijuana.
3/9 at 3:15 p.m. Christopher A. Archibald, 21, of Ossipee Hill Road, Waterboro, was issued a summons on Pownal Road by Officer Jason Bartlett on a charge of driving more than 30 mph over the speed limit.
