3/6 at 1:28 a.m. Christopher Matheson, 38, of Hall Street, Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/8 at 10:38 a.m. Hilary Maines, 30, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of violating conditions of release.
