Arrests

3/4 at 1:08 p.m. Phillip Blais, 36, of River Street, Lewiston, was arrested at Merrill Road and Evergreen Drive by Officer Paul Chenevert on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/7 at 1:55 p.m. Nicole Benoit-Downs, 44, of Lawrence Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Michael McManus on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/1 at 8:16 a.m. Evan Strusinski, 44, of Camden, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/2 at 7:40 p.m. Nathan Stowell, 18, of U.S. Route 1, was issued a summons on Depot Street by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
