3/4 at 1:08 p.m. Phillip Blais, 36, of River Street, Lewiston, was arrested at Merrill Road and Evergreen Drive by Officer Paul Chenevert on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/7 at 1:55 p.m. Nicole Benoit-Downs, 44, of Lawrence Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Michael McManus on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
