2/23 at 5:08 p.m. Erica Theriault, 25, of Pittston, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of theft by deception, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

2/27 at 1:26 a.m. Jordan M. Spencer-Smith, 25, of Randolf, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/28 at 9:44 p.m. Nathan A. Wiley, 20, of Scarborough, was arrested on Pine Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of a warrant arrest, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, a minor transporting liquor, operating after suspension and failure to obey a red traffic light.


2/24 at 5:20 p.m. Mary Catherine Brown, 51, of Sydney, was issued a summons by Sgt. John Perrino on Main Street on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/28 at 11:47 a.m. Laurie A. Ham, 48, of Bath, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Under siege

2/25 at 9:00 p.m. Residents of Beech Hill Road contacted police to report a noise outside. According to police a raccoon was attacking the house. The animal was removed from the residence.

Not built to last

2/28 ay 7:35 a.m. Police were notified of a theft of tools and equipment on Litchfield Road. According to police, the building is under construction and the items were found missing from the property.

2/24 at 12:38 p.m. Dumpster, trash fire on Route 1.
