Arrests

2/22 at 11:28 p.m. Travis Brassard, 28, of Hodsdon Road, Pownal, was arrested by Officer Steven Milton on U.S. Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/23 at 11:25 p.m. Joseph Arris, 26, of Circle Drive, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Interstate 295, and charged with criminal speed, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, attaching false plates, and failure to register a vehicle.

2/24 at 10:41 p.m. Scott Huff, 37, of Veronica Lane, was arrested by Officer James Fisher on Pleasant Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

2/19 at 6:27 p.m. Kayla Dawn Dempsey, 29, of Mechanic Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/19 at 6:27 p.m. Sydney T. Bulpett, 25, of River Road, Topsham, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/22 at 9:12 a.m. Katherine Williams, 18, of James Street, Auburn, was issued a summons by Officers William Brown IV and Malcolm Marshall at Justin’s Way and Cross Street on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, and operating with a suspended registration.

2/22 at 11:25 p.m. Todd Donahue, 28, of Jean Street, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on Wardtown Road on a charge of operating under the influence.
