Arrests

5/29 at 1:57 p.m. Timothy P. Fraser, 23, of Perryman Drive, Brunswick, was arrested on Nathan Nye Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/31 at 1 a.m. Daniel Dwyer, 55, of Lufkin Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, criminal mischief and exceeding the speed limit by 10-to-14 mph.

5/31 at 2:59 a.m. Nathan Sanborn, 23, of Merrill Road, Pownal, was arrested on Desert Road by Officer Keith Norris on charges of operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle .

5/31 at 11:48 a.m. Marc L. Drapeau, 45, of Jordan Avenue, Brunswick, was arrested on Durham Road by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of failing to stop for an officer,  exceeding the speed limit by 25-to-29 mph, failing to obtain a driver’s license and operating under the influence.

5/31 at 11:25 a.m. Christopher J. Pope, 52, of South Freeport Road, was issued a summons on Lower Mast Landing Road by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

6/1 at 12:47 p.m. Chad R. Coffin, 42, of Litchfield Road, was issued a summons on Litchfield Road by Officer Tom Kay on a charge of harvesting undersized quahogs.
