Arrests

5/21 at 11:52 a.m. Wendy K. Haltom, 29, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton, on I-295 north, on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

5/23 at 4:24 p.m. Dawn C. Rowan, 53, of Moultonborough, N.H., was arrested by Detective Gino Bianchini on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

5/26 at 2:22 p.m. Ryan Leeman, 18, of Bowdoin, was summonsed by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of a minor consuming liquor.

5/26 at 2:22 p.m. Ryan Purington, 18, of Topsham, was summonsed by Officer Michael McManus on two charges of a minor consuming liquor.

5/26 at 2:22 p.m. A 17-year-old boy of Topsham, was summonsed by Officer Michael McManus on a charge of a minor consuming liquor.

Who let the dogs out

5/22 at 6:12 p.m. Police received a noise complaint about dogs barking. Neighbors who were watching the dogs were advised to bring them inside.

Not a wise move

5/22 at 7:50 p.m. Children were allegedly throwing rocks and sticks on Wardtown Road and causing a driving hazard. The debris was removed by the officer, but police were unable to find the culprits.
