1/22 at 11:35 p.m. Elizabeth A. Sylvester, 28, of Spring Street, Portland, was arrested on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

1/24 at 10:46 a.m. Timothy V. Goodine, 47, of Webster Road, was arrested on Webster Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a probation hold.

1/24 10:49 p.m. Eric C. Fullagar, 52, of Elmwood Road, Pownal, was arrested on Pownal Road on charges of operating under the influence, operating with suspended registration, failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance, failure to register a vehicle, and drinking in a motor vehicle.

1/27 at 10:43 p.m. Joshua B. Labbe, 25, of Maquoit Drive, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of operating under the influence and violating the conditions of his release.

1/26 at 10:03 p.m. Nathan G. Scyocurka, 19, of Ely Road, Longmeadow, Mass., was issued a summons on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and speeding 15-to-19 mph over the speed limit.
