1/15 at 10:36 p.m. Wendy Haltom, 29, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on I-295 south, on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana, operating while suspended, failure to produce evidence of vehicle inspection and a warrant.

1/16 at 1:42 a.m. Ryan N. Boies, 26, of Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on I-295 south on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

1/17 at 3:34 p.m. Christopher Alan Pennell, 22, of Murch Road, was summonsed on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Stopped car

1/15 at 10:18 p.m. A resident of Lower Flying Point Road reported a parked car with lights on outside their residence. When police came to investigate, the car was gone.

Wanted to stay

1/17 at 2:10 p.m. Employees of a Main Street store asked three male suspects to leave for possible shoplifting. The three men refused. Police arrived and they left. No charges were filed.

Worm collecting

1/21 at 9:31 a.m. Police were notified of a car parked on Staples Point Road and Palmer Point with a person in the passenger seat. Police investigated and found that the driver was collecting worms and the car would be moved by noon.
