1/16 at 1:31 p.m. Richard T. Myers, 40, of Anderson Avenue, Middleborough, Mass., was arrested on Spar Cove Road by Detective Gino Bianchini on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/19 at 9:01 p.m. Lucas G. Davis, 19, of Portland Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on Portland Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of operating under the influence, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
