1/16 at 12:53 a.m. Travis Winchenbach, 23, of Tarbox Street, Bath, was arrested on Lower Main Street by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of theft of services and possession of marijuana.
Summonses
1/15 at 10:05 p.m. Matthew Cyr, 36, of North Pownal Road, was issued a summons on Pownal Road by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.
1/18 at 9:31 p.m. Paul Guiney, 26, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on charges of criminal threatening and violating conditions of release.
