1/13 at 12:36 p.m. Lara Y. Montanaro, 50, of Pitt Street, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Rebecca Kavanaugh on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth, and violating condition of release.
1/14 at 9:47 a.m. Christopher C. Romanoff, 42, of Merrill Road, was arrested on Merrill Road by Officer William Brown on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.
