1/8 at 6:33 p.m. Jaimie A. Manganella, 27, of Jean Street, was arrested on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of being a habitual motor vehicle offender, violating conditions of release, and exceeding the posted speed limit by 15 to 19 mph.

1/9 at 10:59 a.m. Travis H. Seese, 32, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Wardtown Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/13 at 10:56 p.m. Adam C. Brooks, 34, of Lower Main Street, was arrested on Lower Main Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of operating under the influence and attaching false plates.

1/14 at 12:20 a.m. Gregory S. Lovejoy, 50, of Collins Way, Durham, was arrested on Wardtown Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating without a license.
