Arrests

12/23 at 3:51 p.m. Michael W. McGowan, 28, of Russell Road, Skowhegan, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and theft by unauthorized taking.

12/27 at 12:34 a.m. Noel M. Small, 31, of Ross Road, Durham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Nathan Leger on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more.

12/24 at 9:49 a.m. Lindsey E. Armstrong, 25, of Breckan Way, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
