2/13 at 1:26 a.m. Seth Benjamin Dipietrantonio, 31, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Main Street and Library Drive, on a charge of operating under the influence.
2/15 at 12:20 a.m. Joel Frederic Hadley, 44, of Portsmouth, Va. was arrested by Sgt. John Perrino on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/14 at 1:56 p.m. Jesse R. Freeburyroy, 18, of Lanes Island Way, was summonsed on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

2/14 at 1:56 p.m. Police report a missing trailer and snowmobile from North Yarmouth were located in Freeport. Charges are pending.

2/17 at 10:38 a.m. Police were notified of a lost or misplaced pocketbook containing cash and a checkbook. Banks were notified.
