1/22 at 11:44 p.m. Peter Edward Price III, 49, of Quarry Lane was arrested by Officer Brandon L. Paxton on Lower Main Street on charges of operating under the influence, operating while license is suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without insurance and failure to register vehicle.

Summonses

1/22 at 11:56 a.m. Kristina L. Strout, 40, of Village View, was summonsed on a charge of operating after license suspension on Wardtown Road and Circle Drive.

1/23 at 10:58 p.m. A 17-year-old  girl was arrested on Beech Hill Road by Officer Nathaniel T. Goodman on charges of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

1/25 at 11:51 a.m. Peter J. McKendry, 48, of Carrabassett Valley, was summonsed on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Travelling dispute

1/23 at 10:36 a.m. Police were notified of an argument on Durham Road and Mallett Drive. According to the report, the argument took place in a car, which had pulled over on the side of the road. Police arrived to help to resolve the situation and everyone left the area.

Unknown birdwatcher

1/25 at 8:59 a.m. A resident of Cottage Street contacted police to report a suspicious man walking in a residential neighborhood. Police were unable to locate the man, but according to neighbors, he said he was bird watching.
