Summonses

2/8 at 12:49 p.m. Allison A MacDonald, 36, of Hemlock Creek, was summonsed on a charge of allowing dog to run at large.

2/10 at 2:05 p.m. A 15-year-old boy from Durham, and a 16-year-old boy from Freeport were summonsed on Holbrook Street on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Move along

2/9 at 12:56 and 2:08 p.m. Residents of Palmer Point notified police of people trespassing on their property. Police asked the two people to move along the mudflats off the property. Later, the same people, worm diggers, were warned again for trespassing on private property.

Food fight

2/9 at 5:25 p.m. Police were notified of a fight in the parking lot near Friendly’s and McDonald’s. Most of the people involved left before the police arrived, but everyone involved was eventually contacted. There are no charges at this time.

Fire calls

2/9 at 7:29 p.m. Vehicle accident, Old County Road and Route 1.

2/10 at 10:52 a.m. Alarm, South Freeport Road.

2/10 at 1:49 p.m. Furnace problem, Wardtown Road and Tranquil Lane.
