1/31 at 11:26 p.m. Thomas Edward Dodge, 45, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Route 1 on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license is suspended.

2/5 at 10:45 p.m. Kimberly L. Eggert, 42, of North Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Route 1 on a charge of violating condition of release.

Summonses

2/1 at 9:49 a.m. Paul K. Englehart, 36, of Winthrop, was summonsed on Mallett Drive on a charge of operating after license suspension.

1/30 at 8:50 p.m. Police were notified of vandalism on Howard Place. They found two teenagers breaking bottles. The teens were told to stop and clean up the mess. A parent arrived on the scene to assist the officers.

Phantom break

2/3 at 2:06 p.m. A resident called police to report a broken van window. The van was parked in an apartment complex parking lot on Elm Street. The object used to break the window was not found in or around the van, but there was $400 in damage.
