2/2 at 1:51 p.m. Timothy Foster, 28, of Hunter Road, was arrested on Hunter Road by Officer Paul Chenevert on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/4 at 4:49 p.m. Tammy Riddle, 42, of River Road, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Nathan Leger on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

2/5 at 12:26 a.m. Thomas Albitz, 50, of Evergreen Road, Auburn, was issued a summons at Durham and Curtis roads by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

2/7 at 11:03 a.m. Jill Pease, 31, of Bill Luce Road, Washington, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
