12/2 at 12:42 p.m. Ping Lin, 39, of Elm Street, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

12/4 at 2:49 p.m. Colin Allen, 19, of Woodside Road, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons at Wardtown and Curtis roads by Officer Jason Bartlett on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
