11/26 at 9:46 p.m. John G. Scannell, 60, of Allen Road, Pownal, was arrested on Hunter Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/27 at 9:13 p.m. Dillon P. Ward, 22, of Douglass Street, Libson Falls, was arrested on Wardtown Road by Officer Brandon Paxton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/1 at 11:04 p.m. James Lynch, 41, of Woodfield Estates Drive, Alexandria, Va., was arrested on Park Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of disorderly conduct — offensive words and gestures, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and drinking in public.

Summonses

11/27 at 4:54 a.m. Jordan A. Ropella, 22, of Moreau Avenue, Auburn, was issued a summons at Durham and Curtis roads by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30 mph over the speed limit.

11/28 at 9:04 a.m. Amanda E. Sullivan, 24, of Leighton Road, Durham, was issued a summons at Wardtown and Ware roads by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30 mph over the speed limit.

11/28 at 4:43 p.m. A 16-year-old female was issued a summons on Prout Road by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

11/30 at 11:20 p.m. Jordan C. Babineau, 28, of Main Street, was issued a summons at South Freeport and Cove roads by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/2 at 3:05 p.m. A 17-year-old female was issued a summons on Middle Street by Officer Keith Norris on a charge theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
