12/19 at 11:25 p.m. Teak W. Lee, 21, of Sheridan Street, Portland, was arrested on northbound I-295 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of possession of a scheduled drug (cocaine).
12/21 at 2:50 p.m. Byron Smith, 33, of Main Street, Bowdoin, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking (shoplifting) and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
12/21 at 2:50 p.m. Kimberly Smith, 20, of Bradley Pond Road, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/21 at 11:25 p.m. Steven H. Souchek, 58, of Gray Park, Gray, was arrested on southbound I-295 by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of operating under the influence.
