Arrests

7/26 at 10:59 p.m. Zachary F. White, 32, of Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on charges of operating under the influence and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Summonses

7/23 at 12:57 p.m. A 17-year old boy of Freeport was issued a summons by Officer Paul Powers on Griffin Road on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in dangerous knives.

Not a good hiding spot

7/24 at 11:23 a.m. The owner of a privately owned island contacted police to report marijuana plants had been planted on their land. It is unknown who planted the marijuana plants, but the owner asked police to remove them.

Lights out

7/27 at 7:37 a.m. A resident reported broken Christmas lights outside their residence. Police report that the lights had been removed from a string of decorative Christmas lights over the doorway. The damage is valued at $10.
