8/22 at 1:15 p.m. Charles Wynott, 51, of Hillside Road, Yarmouth, was arrested on Hillside Drive by Officer Paul Powers on charges of theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property, misuse of identification and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
8/24 at 12:09 a.m. Paul Tukey, 22, of Pleasant Valley Road, Cumberland, was arrested at Freeport Village Station by Officer Keith Norris on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized use of property.

8/21 at 8:46 p.m. James Pace, 19, of Sequoia Drive, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
8/21 at 8:46 p.m. A 16-year-old female, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of unlawful possession of liquor by a minor.
