Arrests

8/15 at 11:37 p.m. Chelsey M. Bisson, 20, of Meadows Road, Topsham, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of marijuana possession, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license, minor transporting liquor and operating under the influence.

8/17 at 12:42 a.m. Douglas R. Cuffman, 47, of Stagecoach Road, was arrested on Pine Street by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/17 at 1:12 a.m. Alan R. Webber, 46, of Harpswell Island Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Mason Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on charges of operating under the influence and drinking in a motor vehicle.

8/19 at 12:24 a.m. Christian Henry, 44, of Madison Street, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.
