Arrests

8/6 at 1:29 p.m. Aaron F. Fickett, 27, of Cumberland Street, Brunswick, was arrested at Durham and Beech Hill roads by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

8/7 at 12:43 p.m. Edgar G. Acchiquin, 32, of Ashmont Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of operating a vehicle after license was suspended or revoked and operating a vehicle without a license.

8/10 at 4:12 p.m. James D. Lee, 28, of Britteny’s Way, Poland, was arrested on Depot Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of theft by deception, violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

8/10 at 4:12 p.m. Shannon Corliss, 25, of Washington Street, Auburn, was arrested on Depot Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of theft by deception and violating conditions of release.

8/10 4:44 p.m. Meaghan Mercure, 32, of Riverhurst Road, Billerica, Mass., was arrested on Lower Flying Point Road by Detective Gino Bianchini on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/11 at 2:50 p.m. Myrna H. Smith, 44, of Main Street, Monmouth, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

8/7 at 2:26 p.m. Rocco V. Lapenta, 64, of Lower Flying Point Road, was issued a summons on School Street by Detective Gino Bianchini on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer of a motor vehicle.

8/8 at 10:45 p.m. Marguerite F. Flynn, 35, of Webster Road, was issued a summons at Route 1 and Old County Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked

8/12 at 8:08 a.m. Kayla E. Emerson, 21, of Elm Street, was issued a summons at Elm and Main streets by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of operating a vehicle after license suspension and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

8/12 at 9:18 a.m. Evan M. Moody, 28, of Irene Lane, Harpswell, was issued a summons on southbound I-295 by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

8/12 at 9:18 a.m. Maurice K. Moody, 56, of Basin Cove Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on southbound I-295 by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on  a charge of displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.
