3/29 at 8:34 a.m. Raymond Ireland, 33, of Glenwood Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on charges of eluding an officer, driving to endanger and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

4/4 at 8:14 p.m. James Nugent, 38, of Ditch Brook Crossing, Windham, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/4 at 9:35 p.m. Nathan Stowell, 18, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Michael Raymond on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
