3/27 at 8:34 p.m. Jeremy Proffitt, 30, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

3/28 at 3:04 p.m. Patrick Raferty, 51, of Mills Road, Kennebunkport, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Raymond on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/29 at 9:27 a.m. John J. Medeiros, 37, of Flying Point Road, was arrested on Flying Point Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Summonses

3/26 at 9:41 a.m. Shawn Anthony, 18, of Murch Road, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Michael McManus on charges of possession of false identification by a minor and purchase of liquor by a minor.

3/26 at 12:39 p.m. Jona Chase, 36, of Lower Mast Landing Road, was issued a summons on Morse Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of operating a vehicle unregistered for 150 days.
