4/4 at 3:29 p.m. Thomas Briand, 61, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Beck Kavanaugh on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/5 at 12:56 p.m. Deirdre A. Birbeck, 28, of Pearl Street, Augusta, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Sgt. Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence.

Rodrigue, 22, of Brown Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Wardtown Road and Reaves Lane by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of failure to register vehicle, operating while license is suspended or revoked, and operating vehicle without valid inspection certificate.

4/4 at 5:17 a.m. Roger L. Dubois, 62, of Acadia Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Durham Road and Gay Road by Sgt. Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of speeding 30 mph or more over the limit.
