4/5 at 6:20 a.m. Jesse T. Moon, 24, of Murch Road, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.

4/5 at 1:02 p.m. Stephanie A. Seneca, 23, of Durham Road, was arrested on a warrant from the Androscoggin Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to pay a fine on negotiating a worthless instrument.

Summons

4/5 at 10:33 a.m. Lynne A. Askey, 18, of Somerset, was summonsed on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

4/3 at 10:13 a.m. According to police, a shopper on Main Street claimed to have left a ring on the counter as they checked out. When they returned later to look for the ring, it was missing. The ring is valued at $5,000.

Wait a minute

4/7 at 7:53 a.m. A resident of Route 1 reported a theft of tools to police. It was realized at a later time that the tools were just borrowed by someone and not yet returned. The tools were returned to the owner, and no further action was taken.
