PORTLAND — The Frannie Peabody Center announced last week that it has won a $930,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to improve housing and services for those living with HIV/AIDS.

The grant will be used to provide 44 people with housing and 26 with supportive services to assist in housing transitions as part of state-wide effort to promote stable housing and health outcomes.
