FREEPORT — Naoto Inoue, CEO of Solar Market in Arundel, will be the guest speaker in the last event of the Wolfe’s Neck Farm series, “Renewable Energy for Maine: A future of Sustainability.”
Inoue will talke about the financial justification for building or converting to solar electric or solar thermal systems in this economy. He has experience designing solar home and industrial systems in New England, Georgia and the Caribbean, and claims upgraded buildings can achieve about 85 percent reduction in energy costs.
The presentation will take place at the Freeport Community Center, 53 Depot St., from 7-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26. There is a suggested $5 donation, and reservations are suggested.
