YARMOUTH — Nomination papers are due back to Town Hall by Friday, Sept. 19, at 1 p.m. for the one Town Council seat on the Nov. 4 ballot.
Two people have taken out and returned papers as of Tuesday: Joan Dollarhite and Robert Waeldner. Interested candidates must submit 25 signatures from registered town voters.
The term of office expires in June 2016. The seat was held by former Councilor Steve Woods, who resigned in June.
