Lauren Wendland, a senior at Falmouth High School, is all smiles after signing her National Letter of Intent last week to attend and play soccer at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Wendland played club soccer for FC Stars of Massachusetts since the age 12, competing at the highest level of play for United States girls’ soccer. Wendland is currently playing as an inaugural member of the U19 US Development Academy FC Stars team. Wendland has been admitted to Quinnipiac’s freshman entry Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.
