FALMOUTH — State Sen. Cathy Breen, D-Falmouth, is seeking her second term representing District 25.
Breen, who announced her candidacy last week, narrowly won election in 2014 over Republican challenger Cathy Manchester of Gray in a race that included several recounts, both candidates being declared the winner, miscounted ballots, and the state Senate acting as final arbiter.
There are not yet any challengers for the seat. District 25 represents Chebeague Island, Cumberland, Falmouth, Gray, Long Island, Yarmouth and part of Westbrook.
