Falmouth’s Todd LaLumiere, along with sons, Charley and Matt, recently competed in the 2014 World Sailing Championships for Etchells Class sailboats in Newport, R.I. Todd LaLumiere is the reigning champion of the Maine fleet and his family was competing as one of just three father/son teams. Charley LaLumiere is currently a sailor at Dartmouth College. Falmouth’s Ralph Carpenter also competed as a repeat participant on his boat named, Triskaidekaphobia (fear of the number 13).
