8/30 at 11:55 p.m. Patrick Joseph Lakin, 23, of North Raymond Road, Gray, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. George Savidge on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/1 at 5:30 p.m. Kerry C. Flannery, 50, of Gray Road, was arrested on Hurricane Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

8/26 12:56 p.m. Carter S. White, 35, of Woodford Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Love shack

8/30 at 7:55 p.m. Residents of McDermott Way reported that a cottage on the road was being used by several juveniles as a party location. The callers reported they had found two condoms in the trash and believe the cottage is being frequented by relatives of the building’s owner.

Attempted burglaries, car theft in The Flats

8/30 at 8:29 p.m. Officers from Falmouth and Cumberland responded to multiple reports of a man in the Bayshore Drive area attempting to enter cars and homes. Units converged on the area and attempted to set up a perimeter, while utilizing K-9s to search the area. Police were didn’t find the suspect, but did locate a car reportedly stolen from Westbrook. The following day, a resident of Andrews Avenue reported his car had been stolen. Westbrook police are processing evidence in the recovered vehicle, and Falmouth police are still investigating the attempted burglaries.
