Arrests

9/17 at 1:55 a.m. Robert E Dorr III, 23, of New Gloucester Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

9/18 at 5 a.m. Shauna Smith, 31, of Forest Avenue, Windham, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Mike Brown on a charge of violating conditions of release.

9/20 at 8:35 a.m. Michelle Libby, 43, 0f Brookside Drive, was arrested on Brookside Drive by Officer Jeff Smith on an outstanding warrant from another agency. The arrest warrant, however, was recalled by the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket before Libby’s arrest.

9/20 at 2:16 p.m. Michael D. Morris, 35, of Sherman Street, Portland, was arrested on Andrews Avenue by Officer Steve Hamilton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

9/7 at 1:06 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/14 at 4:48 p.m. Lee Sotiropoulos, 36, of Country Lane, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of assault.
